Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 Review
The Game does mostly make great use of the cryengine which is the same engine that Crysis 3 had. It is a huge open world which isn’t really crowded. The World does look very good as trees, old buildings and lighting do make a great visual combination in that game. Textures aren’t mostly clear which isnt the worst problem ever. Overall i have to say that the game looks extremely beautiful at times. Altough the characters look pretty outdated (Last gen looks) and the cutscenes are sadly mediocre graphics wise.
To make it easily understandable and short, this game feels a lot like Homefront: The Revolution shooting wise and pretty generic only exception is sniping as i personally feel that it feels pretty nice. And the Open World mechanics and structure feels a lot like Far Cry 2 as there isn’t really that much to do after finishing the story. The Enemy NPC’s aren’t really the most challenging either. I would say that as a Sniping game the Sniping itself is the best aspect and its a pretty fun game too.
Well this games story won’t be the main selling point. Characters aren’t really memorable, story while not being the best isn’t the worst either as the game does have a couple of nice moments with a plot twist too but overall the game didn’t blow me away as the story felt somewhat weird yet it does a solid job.
The Game is rather cheap as you get the game and the season pass for a decent AA price. And you get around 10 to 15 hours out of the main story and probably another 5 hours with the DLC’s. I will recommend this game as i still had a lot of fun playing it.
