I love this game! However things still could be implemented to make it an amazing experience. In my opinion the best thing about this game is the ability to decorate and create your own place. I would love to see a better mechanic to decorate the island. As of right now you only have a couple options either stow the items in the way or move it. I would want to see something that allows a uninterrupted decorating of the islands.

I need help! If been playing this game for a long time now. But I lost my park. Now this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. It’s actually the third. When I lost it the first time I was able to get it back. But when I lost it the second time due to my old tablet stoped working I couldn’t get it back. I even contacted you and u guys said u couldn’t retrieve it. I find that hard to believe since u managed to get it for me the first time. Please I want my park back. It’s been 2 years!

So I had an issue where I couldn’t open my park for several days. I contacted customer service and was told I needed to uninstall/reinstall the game in order to access it. I had to give them the new park ID and they would try to restore my old park. But when I clicked on settings in the new Park, I connected to Google and suddenly there was my original park! I have my Park back! So if you saved your park in Game Center or FB , you should be able to get your Park back if you reinstall. Good luck!
