Realm Grinder Review
I’ve never played a clicker/incremental game as fleshed out as Realm Grinder. It’s got the usual staples, but it stands out in the crowd due to its depth and different styles of gameplay thanks to the multiple factions you can choose to play as. There’s even one that lets you tweak gameplay to fit your own playing style (or to get certain trophies) where you can pick your own spells and perks.
By far, the best thing about Realm Grinder is that patience and progress are greatly rewarded. While abdications act like the usual revive/rebirth/time travel/whatever that every single clicker game seems to have, reincarnation will bestow many additions that will help you get even further such as more assistants, greater building bonuses, higher chances to find faction coins, and a bigger offline production bonus.
Trophies aren’t just for show either; they actually provide upgrades and additional options like auto-casting magic.
The bottom line is anyone giving up on this game early is missing out on most of what the game has to offer. The developer isn’t kidding when they say that there’s tons of content.
It’s almost tempting to say that other companies should learn from Divine Games, but I think most of the clicker fan base probably just wants the mindless kind of gameplay.
