New Game Modes and Streamlined Controls

Controls will be streamlined to allow new players to jump into the game more easily, while experienced players will still enjoy a challenge. In addition, WWE 2K20 players will be able to compete as both male and female Superstars in MyCAREER and Mixed Tag matches, while last year’s popular 2K Towers returns with exciting new challenges, including a story-driven Tower centered around the career of Roman Reigns.

WWE 2K20 Review

Personally, I like this game quite a bit more than WWE2k19. Sure it’s bugged to high heaven and looks janky with the hair and beards looking like they were drawn on with Sharpie’s, but once you look past that it’s quite fun.

The WWE Originals are a neat idea, but the Towers are incredibly tedious and boring to slog through just to get some attire or a Superstar, but it’s still refreshing to see Swamp Thing Bray Wyatt and Demon King Finn Balor, baffles me that they didn’t do something with Kane and The Undertaker for Halloween though.

Honestly the one thing I never understood about the WWE2K games is that they blow kayfabe up soooo many times in the career mode alone, I personally think that Wrasslin’ games should embrace the characters and be more fantasy than simulation, WWE All-Stars and Def Jam: Fight for New York proved that years ago.

There’s a load of bugs here, hopefully they get ironed out and they embrace the silly side of the company more and more as time goes on.
