Kritika Reboot
Kritika REBOOT is a hyper-stylized, fast-paced, action brawler game. You work together as a team to aggressively clear compact instanced dungeons quickly and efficiently. The faster you clear the dungeon, the better your loot at the end. This is an amazing game for those who pride themselves on their combat ability. It does not only provides quick action but it also provides all the depth of an MMO game.
Combat in Kritika:REBOOT is dynamic and fast-paced. You need to jump, dodge, and utilize combos to beat a variety of creature while employing smart strategies to take the biggest of them down. Take on the bad guys with oversized blades, alchemical superguns, and dazzling acrobatics. Kritika:REBOOT takes style points seriously. Dungeons designed for quick play sessions propel you into the action, without lengthy world travel. And each one has a super-sized boss you’ll just love to beat on! The action is fast, and the enemies are furious.

Nearly every piece of gear in Kritika:REBOOT can be customized and improved to help you build your ultimate character.
Kritika Reboot Review
Kritika Online is a hack and slash MMO, where the fights are dungeon instance based. You get to select several characters, each with their own skill set and mechanics, and kill mobs and bosses in dungeons. Currently there are 6 characters that are available, with another 2 more on the way. Among the classes, they can have their own specialization focuses, where they will get skills that are exclusive to that class, with the exception of the Psion, which have no sub class focus. In this game, you get to chain skills and auto attacks to create juggles and combos, though some juggles may not work on certain bosses.
Item drops in dungeons consists or armor, weapons, crafting materials and consumables. They are graded from inferior to legendary qualities. The dungeon difficulties can be set from Easy to Insane, where in Easy mobs are practically passive with the least amount of drops, all the way to Insane, where drops may be more (by a very small margin), and the mobs and bosses hit super hard, that don’t be surprised if you get two shotted by a random mob. There are certain dungeons, which can be classified as a raid boss dungeons, or known in game as the ultimate danger zone, where unless you are stacked to the max, generally you need a party to clear it, though the rewards for it is much greater than the others.
However, the biggest flaw I faced in this game, not counting the long journey for gear farming, stats raising and perfect stats roll, is the damn login procedure. As someone from SEA, high latency is expected, but I don’t get why 75% of my login ends with a “Error retrieving server list”, which forces me to do either a router reboot or adapter reboot to solve this issue. The end game grind for stats maxing is really, really, really long. New players have to catch up with them whales or players who have played since day 1. To give an example, badges can be used to raise your stats, while getting a complete stack of inferior badges only require 270 badges, the best badges stack required a grand total of 29160 badges, and you can only farm 60 badges per week on a character if you are relying on daily quests only.
Overall, even so, I really enjoyed this game, it reminded me of the old Rusty Hearts day, before a particular company shut it down after a long period of mismanagement. If you want to try some random hack and slash MMO with a anime-ish graphic and combo mechanics, you can give this game a shot. It’s not bad, though for stats maxing and perfect gear farming, it will take an extremely long time to get to that level.
