Decided to buy a few hours later even though I read some negative reviews. But it is worth the money. There are three modes

I did not experience any disconnection nor my friend in online multiplayer, we ended the game in 100 turns.
In general:

+ Nice BGM
+ Auto-play function
– Always take some time to load
– Might be a lengthy game (there is save function)
– Some unfair advantages and obvious rigged bias towards AI
– Idiotic AI as teammate sometimes
– No speed up / skip animation
– RNG and bad luck
+/- Taiwanese gags, better in Chinese. A nostalgic game for Taiwanese.
+/- Builds or destroys friendship faster than other normal monopoly type game
Overall: 9/10 if you know Chinese, else 7/10.
