The world after the zombie apocalypse is a grim place. You were born into it so you will have to struggle to survive and fight against many kinds of zombies, bandits and dangerous boss monsters. You will be taking important story quests and many side quests, level-up your skills and perks, sell and buy equipment and communicate with (un)lucky survivors.
Walking Zombie 2 is good old FPS with story, tens of quests and a lot of shooting stuff with different weapons. Your main enemies are zombies who already control the world – they are everywhere, in many different kinds and – most importantly – in great numbers. You will be using guns with different ammo, grenades or melee weapons to dispose of them and you will be able to heal yourself with medkits and food. As you complete more and more quests, your character will become stronger with better equipment, enhanced skills and gained perks. Will you have more hitpoints, better chance when lockpicking locks or lower fuel consumption while driving across the world map?

Walking Zombie 2 Review
Yeah, I know. I was expecting this to be complete dog ♥♥♥♥ too. Surprisingly it’s… well it’s not GOTY but it’s actually a complete game?
Despite being very clearly a port of a mobile game, it’s fun and has a plot, a campaign, a karma system, inventory tetris, voiced lines, rpg stats and perks, and allows a surprising amount of leeway for letting you play without paying. It also runs well and doesn’t crash, meaning it’s at least more of a game than Fallout 76. Not that that’s a high bar. They push the “Ultimate PC Package” constantly which basically means pay 10 bucks to have unlimited vehicle fuel (Which is how you get to missions), but really you could just waste a couple hours every now and then and get everything you want out of it.
Limited weapon choice , but it lets you pick a M1 Garand as your starting weapon, so of course it gets a thumbs up. Unfortunately this means the M1 Garand has low stats which is extremely shameful on the part of the devs, but it can be boosted with your fire arms stat.
Also features gratuitous swiping through low res polygonal poop to find a watch for a side quest. … I don’t know why they made that one of the first things in the game. You don’t do it a lot or anything. What’s up with the poop swiping, devs?!
