In a dark, dystopian future, the world is divided. Only a few deemed worthy are granted access to the Enclave, an opulent safe haven, while the rest are damned to an almost certain death in the slums. The only way to obtain the right to a better life and reach the Enclave is to face the hunter and put one’s life on the line in a ruthless game of blood.
Deathgarden BLOODHARVEST is a multiplayer survival action game in which a ruthless hunter tracks and guns down scavengers, desperate individuals trying to survive and escape the Deathgarden.
The Bloodharvest
In this fast-paced survival title, one unstoppable Hunter must track down and kill scavengers, who are desperately trying to escape their tormenter’s grasp. Nimble scavengers must stealthily explore the Deathgarden, hoping to gather and deliver enough blood to open the exits and get out alive.
Unique characters & playstyles
Every hunter and scavenger has unique powers and customizable loadouts. Upgrade your characters and unlock higher progression tiers by spending your hard-earned resources and completing challenges.
Frantic and Brutal Gameplay
Scavenge for blood in third person or hunt for kills in first person. Players must think fast and act quickly if they are to succeed in the arena. Hunters, who’s sole objective is to track down and kill scavengers, control the playing field by setting up dynamic traps for their prey. With the hunters’ net ever closing in around them, scavengers must deliver blood and amass resources, while hoping to survive high intensity chases.
Thematic Gardens
Each thematic map is procedurally generated and has a direct impact on your experience. As hunters and scavengers, you’ll need to adapt your playstyle and strategy to the map in which you play. Weather conditions, visibility, structures, vegetation and elevations will vary greatly and impact your gameplay experience in meaningful ways.
Deathgarden Bloodharvest Review
Games pretty good, Playing it currently on the free weekend but I’ve purchased it for $6 through the dbd + deathgarden bundle
There seems to be some complaints about who’s op and who’s not but the game is actually pretty balanced.
People that complain about hunters being overpowered are usually Dead by daylight players expecting to rush the killer 1 on 1 and run circles around the hunter and “bully” them but the killers in this game are much stronger than dbd killers so long as the player can aim effectively and track well
Yes the instant execute can be annoying but the easiest way to avoid it is to not get caught out in the first place by playing stealthy especially if you play ghost because his active camo arrows make him one of the most effective scavengers at breaking chase so long as you break line of sight, Immediately invis yourself while trying to hide your invis arrow effect and running in the opposite direction the hunter is headed while headed for the nearest bush
Hunters on the other hand are strong in their own regards so long as you apply constant pressure too the scavs and you have the aim to be able to hit scavs as they attempt to juke you by jumping and rolling around and headed for bushes.
Seeing as the game went from apparently mixed reviews too very positive in the course of 1-2 days after it’s overhauled gameplay was released i’d say this game has a potentially great future so long as the player base stays at a humble size after the free week is over.
Player base is staying relatively strong after the f2p week ended so the game is still very much playable, Hunters get near instant ques and scavengers have to wait roughly 1-2 minutes for their ques. Game is continuing to hold strong at around 5k players steady last I heard so it’s looking good so far.
